30 Days of Thankfulness: Day 9 Fall
I LOVE fall!!
It’s my favorite season of the year. From apple picking to falling leaves; I
love every single bit of it.
Here are a few
of my top fall favorites:
Apple picking
Every year we
go apple at Kercher’s Sunrise Orchard. It’s what I look forward to all summer
long but, unfortunately this year we were not able to apple pick because the
summer drought reduced the amount of apples that grew. I was so bummed. So, no
apple picking resulted in no homemade apple deliciousness! I usually spend
every other weekend making pies, cobblers, streusel…you name it, and I
bake it.
Bonfires
Fall is the
perfect time to have friends over and bundle up together over a bonfire.
Pumpkin Picking
& Hayrides
For us these 2
things coincide. You have to take a hayride to get back to the pumpkin patch at
Kerchers to pick your pumpkin. This year was our first year doing it and it was
