30 Days of Thankfulness: Day 1 Holidays
I decided that throughout the month of November I will write about one thing I’m thankful for each day. Blogging every single day will be a bit of a challenge for me especially with the holidays coming up because life gets crazy hectic, but I’m really excited to sit down, reflect on all the many blessings of my life, and find something each day to be thankful for. No matter how big or small.
Today I’m thankful for holidays! Family, friends, yummy food candy, and traditions; what could be better? For those of you who know me, you know that my all-time favorite holiday is Christmas!. However, with the recent holiday being Halloween I had to post just how cute my little fisherman was! I just wanted to pinch those little candy coated cheeks all night long.
It
was very cold and a tad bit rainy so we decided to keep Mason in from trick or
treating. I don’t think he minded one bit though. He had so much fun seeing so
many kids come to the door, telling them
“trick or treat”, passing out the candy, and then seeing them off with his
adorable little “bye”.
Mason
enjoyed digging into what seemed like unlimited amount of candy to him. He’s
definitely got a sweet tooth like his mama. At one point he realized how
quickly the pile of candy was starting to dwindle and began stealing candy from
the big bowl to put in his pumpkin. Littler stinker.
I
love my little family and spending the holidays with them creating memories
that will last a lifetime.
Next
up….Christmas! Opps…I mean Thanksgiving! ;)
xoxo,
Krista
